Training and Development Program
- Srithai Group is aware of the teamwork’s efficiency and Job competency of each employee by hosted various in-house training according to the work task and suitable year. In addition, the training session would offer customized programs for employee. For an employee, manager or supervisor who wishes to participate can set up an individual consultation session whit our training manager to identify their group needs and design training tailored to address those needs. Some of the customized solutions are:

- Srithai Group is operations are committed to the principle of continual improvement in our Road Transport Management System (RTMS). This system is applied as transport manual to all road transport operation of Srithai to make sure that all related operation are function based on safety basis.

- In term of quality assurance, On January 24, 2003, Srithai Freight Forwarder has first been achieved the working standard and organization’s quality system which complies with ISO 9001 : 2000 certified by United Registrar of Systems Ltd., URS

- Srithai Group has a long history in Inland transport business, also has been selected and authorized by Port Authority of Thailand (PAT) to be 1 out of 10 inland transporters who can do the container services in the port area.

- Srithai has established our Health Safety Environment Policy, The objective is to ensure that at workplace transport business not cause incidents resulting in injuries, assets, environmental damage, or even business interrupted. According to HSE policy, the plan is implemented and set every year regarding HSE regulation including our innovative technologies which also help to reduce fuel consumption, emission, and pollution such as, Green Plus product, UDS and In vehicle Monitoring System.
